Our philosophy is simple: quality over quantity. By keeping our class sizes intimate, we ensure personalized attention, expert guidance, and a welcoming environment where every client feels empowered in their movement journey.
With over 20 years of experience in movement education, Elke is dedicated to helping people strengthen their bodies, enhance their mobility, and improve their overall well-being. Her extensive certifications span across Yoga (200 hours), Roll Method using tune up fitness balls for mobility, Tai Chi, and Pilates—including specialized training in reformer, Jumpboard, springboard, chair and Pilates on the mat.
Elke's passion lies in empowering individuals through functional movement, with a particular focus on pelvic floor health, lower back strengthening and feet mobility. Having personally navigated lower back challenges, she understands the transformative power of targeted exercises and mindful movement in rebuilding strength and resilience. As a certified instructor in pre- and post-natal movement education, meditation, and nutritional therapy, Elke takes a holistic approach to fitness—helping clients move with confidence, ease, and purpose. Nothing brings her greater joy than seeing people reclaim their strength and thrive through Pilates.
