Elke's path to Pilates began with her own journey of healing. After experiencing lower back challenges, she discovered the transformative power of mindful movement and targeted exercises.
What started as personal recovery evolved into a passion for helping others reclaim their strength and confidence through movement. This personal experience gives Elke a unique understanding of the challenges her clients face.
